Here are the basic steps for campus placement. Pre-Placement Talk
It is common for companies to conduct pre-placement talks on campus. Students will learn about the recruiting organizations and the opportunities available within these organizations as a result of these talks. As a result of these talks, students decide if they want to apply to those organizations based on their interactions with employees.
Resumes Submission
A shortlist of qualified students will be prepared by companies based on their resumes, academic records, etc. Our Placement team will assist you in preparing any type of report or data.

Recruitment on campus
As soon as the companies arrive on campus, they are requested to inform the Placement Committee of the recruitment process they will undertake, such as group discussions, case studies, personal interviews, and written tests. Organizations should announce the list of selected candidates on campus along with their appointment letters after the selection process.
